     Formerly a Catholic church, Saint Thomas is a beautifully-restored, 1847- building listed in the National Historic Register. It is conveniently located in the heart of Historic Downtown Wilmington, close to lodging, restaurants and entertainment. Our exposed brick walls, stained glass windows, high ceilings and upper balcony make this a perfect setting for your festivities. Our newly-renovated Lower Level provides a unique way for you to hold both your ceremony and reception in one venue.

     One of the only venues in the area where you can truly do it all in one location. Centrally located in downtown Wilmington, NC, but still out of the way, you can get dressed at the venue, get married in the main sanctuary and have your cocktail hour downstairs. While your having your cocktail hour, the upstairs sanctuary is flipped, so that you can go into reception mode. The flip takes about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your wedding.
